We do not sell your information. We may share relevant project details with trusted suppliers only where necessary to obtain pricing, production or shipping information for your order.

Packed Different acts as a sourcing and packaging intermediary. We help brands find suitable packaging suppliers, products and pricing.

All quotations, pricing and lead times are estimates until confirmed by the relevant supplier.

Packaging specifications, colours, finishes and production times may vary slightly between suppliers.

Packed Different reserves the right to refuse projects or quotations where we believe we cannot deliver the required outcome.

Due to the custom nature of packaging products, orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun.

Orders may be cancelled before production starts. Once a supplier has begun manufacturing, cancellation may not be possible.

If an order arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
